Projects

SNMSF – Ski France International
Over multiple winter seasons, we supported the French ski tourism board and ESF with the organisation of B2B promotional events across Turkey and Mediterranean countries. These included roadshows and workshops with tour operators, travel agencies, influencers, and government officials to position France as a top ski destination. Our mission covered market research on skier profiles, strategy development, and launch events featuring athletes and public figures. This initiative contributed to significant growth in French ski tourism from Turkey, with over 27,000 travellers each winter—extending beyond prestigious resorts to include a wide variety of French ski destinations.

Back’Up Concierge Card & Loyalty Programme
As part of our consultancy work through our DMC branch, we partnered with Boyner Holdings—a leading Turkish luxury retail group with 10,000 employees and 11 brands—to develop bespoke travel products for their concierge and loyalty programme, Back’Up. This included individual and premium group travel offers, as well as a custom-built loyalty reward system. Recognised by Forbes as a leading loyalty programme, Back’Up is now a benchmark case study in several American marketing university courses, praised for its innovative use of concierge-based rewards.

Boutique Hotel Project
Advisitory to Turkish investors on the transformation of a historic building in a prestigious district of Istanbul into a 70-room boutique hotel. Our involvement focused on market research to find the right positioning while shaping the guest experience—covering everything from reception to concierge services—and building connections with the tourism industry through marketing collateral, fam trips with European tour operators, and the development of a strategic pricing and packaging plan.

Kartepe Ski Resort Development
In collaboration with industry experts, including a former CDA team member, we led a consultancy mission focused on the strategic development of Kartepe, a ski resort near Istanbul. The project involved a detailed market study on Turkish ski demand, support for slope and lift design, procurement of second-hand ski lifts, and operational team training. We also advised on optimising the customer journey to elevate the overall resort experience.

Operational and Guest Services Optimisation
One of our consultants is currently supporting operational improvement across three hotels and a glamping site in Thailand. This project includes defining new SOPs, training teams, optimising pricing strategies, and developing new guest services and experiences to enhance satisfaction and profitability.
